I remember all to well the feeling of discuss I felt when I had to get dressed and leave the house. Why, after carrying three beautiful babies did my body hate me so much. I was eating right, or so I thought. Working out every other day but NOTHING was changing. When I did leave the house I was either in maternity jeans or in my pre pregnancy jeans with a hair tie holding them together. I felt my body was just the way it was going to be and there was nothing I could do about it.
That was until ADVOCARE!!!! I started my cleanse on May 9th still using that hair tie and on day 3 of my challenge when I went to put the hair tie on my pants it was to big...I realized in that moment I could actually button those pants. It was also in that moment that I realized I had finally found something that was going to give me my self confidence back.
Here I am just over 37lbs lighter and feeling AMAZING!
What I LOVE LOVE LOVE about the AdvoCare community is the amazing support. People there everyday to help keep you on track on bad days because those will happen...life will happen but you just can't let it define your journey.
