Weekend Recap ~ Mommy Daughter day

On Saturday, Abby and I went to see Mary Poppins the Broadway musical with some of my family. Abby had so much fun. She got to eat popcorn (see below picture) and hang out with her cousin. The musical was awesome. It was based on the book (didn't know there was a book?! Me either!) so it was different but still a great show. My favorite part hands down was the Step In Time scene. It was my favorite song from the movie and it was nothing short of amazing. They tap danced and a man "walked" up the side of the stage. If you ever have a chance to see it definitely go!
After the show we all went to Buzz and Neds BBQ...YUM-O! It was a great Saturday with this sweet girl but we sure missed the boys and couldn't wait to get home to them!
Please, excuse the crappy iPhone pics. I forgot my camera like always, haha!

Have a great week everyone!

What a fun girls date! I LOVE Mary Poppins and had no idea there was a book. If the show comes to town I'm begging the hubs to take me.
