We have entered DOUBLE digits!!!

Ahhhh, how is Logan TEN...I mean he really was JUST born, right!? The whole "the older you get the faster it goes" saying is so true. 

On this day 10 years ago I became a mommy for the first time. I always knew I wanted to have kids but I don't think you really know how much your heart can love someone until you are a parent. Logan is the sweetest young man with a heart of gold. He is a daddy's boy through and through! I am beyond thankful I was picked to be his mommy.

So there is this guy...

who is pretty freaking awesome! I call him my husband and today is his 30th BIRTHDAY!!!!

Happy Birthday to the most amazing, wonderful, thoughtful, caring, trustworthy and faithful man I know! Thank you for everything you do for our family and for loving me unconditionally! We have now celebrated 15 of 30 birthdays together and I can't wait to spend 30+ more birthdays together!

30 is the new 20, right!?!?

I have said so many times, I am NOT ok with this number. I was going to just call it "The 1 year anniversary of my 29th birthday" but I am trying to face it head on. Why are women the only ones that have anxiety with turning 30!? Maybe it's because we are leaving our "youthful" 20's behind and entering real adulthood. I feel like there is a misconception that you should have life figured out by now. Life is still surprising me everyday...good and bad! My 20's were wonderful, married just before I turned 20, first child at 21, second at 23, and third at 29! I can't wait to see what my 30's have in store for me. Whatever it may be I am ready for it. So here's to the next 10 years!!!!!!!!!
