Oh I got it! I was just telling a friend this the other day.
I am a BIG baby when it comes to thunder storms. I put on a brave face for the kids when Matt isn't home, but if Matt is home, I'm just as scared as the kids. Maybe more, haha! Thunder always gets me the worst. The lightning isn't enough of a warning to let me know the BOOM is coming. If it storms in the middle of the night, I will wake up and scoot super close to Matt. It's like he will protect me from it or something. Oh and lets not forget tornadoes. Not that I've ever seen one besides on tv, but the thought of seeing one scares the crap out of me. If I see one while I am driving there is no way I am getting out of my car and getting in a ditch. I will be putting the pedal to the metal and get the HELL out of there. I am so not joking either!
I have been this scared since I was a kid. I remember climbing in bed with my parents if I woke up in the middle of the night and it was storming. Thank for not kicking me out mom and dad!
