Tuesday Thoughts

• sleep is overrated these days for me.
• this cold or whatever it is needs to exit my body, ASAP!
• the stuffy nose is the worse part and doesn't help my sleeping issues.
• Logan is doing awesome with baseball.
• I am getting great tan on my arms watching him...LOL!
• we made it through day one of summer break with minimal bickering, YAY!
• only one trip to their rooms all day so I think it was a successful day.
• getting out of the house is the key to my sanity this summer I have decided.
• excited to meet up with a friend today to learn how to make some hairbow for my sweet girl.
• my best friend, who lives in Florida, is coming to town for a few day and I can't wait to see her.
• having dinner just the two of us Saturday evening...we have LOTS to catch up on.
• in love with the colors yellow and gray together...hints my blog design!
• if we were having a girl I would have done the nursery in these colors.
• wonder if Matt would let me do our room in it?!
• I mean look...it would look awesome.

• oh but who am I kidding...my dogs would mess that comforter up in no time.
• such is life, Matt would not have gone for it anyway.
• girl can dream right?!
• planning to take the kids to VA Beach for the day in a few weeks.
• wanted to go for the weekend but finding a hotel is not happening at this point in the summer.
• also, trying to plan a weekend trip, just Matt and I, to Williamsburg, VA before this little guy gets here.
• if you know me, you know I will not be letting that little man out of my site for a while.
• I will try to be nice and share him with Matt, hahaha!
• OK, enough with my crazy thoughts for today

Tuesday Thoughts

• WOW, so much going on these days.
• Logan is about to lose another tooth.
• Let me specify what that means...
• It is barely hanging on but he will not let us pull it.
• We got him a "new" bigger bike for $20 (guy would only take $20 even though the ad said $30).
• Total SCORE because I sold his old one for $20!
• He was riding it like a champ in 5 minutes flat.
• Only 28 days of school left until summer break.
• CRAZY!
• Abby is still LOVING her "new" bike.
• We are planning to work on no training wheel with her this summer.
• She has been taking a shower by herself (for the most part) here lately.
• Even blow drying her own hair after (the best a 5 yr old can).
• She has always been our independent little munchkin!
• Lucas' is doing great in his comfy womb he calls home right now.
• He seems to have the hiccups once or twice a day and let me tell you, I LOVE IT!
• His room is starting to come together.
• I am picking up the curtains I had made today (they are ORANGE).
• Ordered a changing pad cover off Etsy (it's ORANGE too).
• Finally found a dresser for his room that I am getting next week. 
• Currently, I am having a love affair with Reese Puff's.
• I could eat them morning, noon, and night!
• I haven't but believe me I have thought about it.

Tuesday Thoughts

• I have not done a "Tuesday Thoughts" in a while so here we go.
• I'm exhausted this morning. I want to crawl back into bed and stay there for a few more hours. I slept OK last night so why am I so tired?
• my brain is jumbled with everything going on this year.
• baby Lucas for one is on it 24/7.
• Abby starting school is right there too!
• I LOVE having my sweet girl home with me during the day but I know she is going to love school.
• I am so ready for football season and not just because I LOVE the Redskins and can't wait to see what this season hold for us with all the new changes but I can't wait for Logan to play.
• He is already signed up for Baseball (coach pitch) and June 11th is registration for football and cheer leading for Abby!
• Again, how stinkin' cute is it going to be, Logan playing and Abby on the side line cheering for him! :)
• Oh and lets not for get the week at the end of June that Matt and I are going to the beach with friends...EEK!
• we have never left the kids for more then a night so I am a little nervous about it but I know they will be in the best hand possible. 
• after 9 years of marriage and no honeymoon I think Matt and I kinda deserve this week before Lucas is here! 
• must work on getting a little sun on this body before then.
• since tanning beds and spray tan are out, I guess I will be doing it the old fashion way.
• with that said, the weather REALLY needs to warm up again and stay that way.
• I have found a few really cute maternity suits online and I think I am going to just have to order them all and then decide which one fits and looks best! Here are two of them...

 

• I really like the colorful one but black is slimming and at 30 weeks pregnant I might want to go the slimming route! haha
• Oh the decisions...

Tuesday Thoughts

• Really enjoyed the snow yesterday.
• Can't believe it is 2012 already.
• So many big things are happening this year.
• Abby starts school in 7 months!
• Say what?!?!
• I will be 29 this March and I am not OK with that!
• Matt and I are going on our first adult only week vacation this summer!
• At least I know my little people will be in good hands with my parents!
• Can't wait to start working on the basement and turn it into the kids playroom!
• I have seen so many cute ideas on Pinterest!
• Thinking I need to get back to blogging more.
• I want to look into doing a blog review once a week but not sure how that works.
• Anyone?!?!?!
• Starting to look for party themes ideas for Logan's birthday. 
• I like the robot theme, but not sure its mature enough for an 8 yr old.
• So much to think about and the time will fly like always!
