My weight loss journey as of July 4th!
My weight loss journey is going FABULOUS. I made it successfully through vacation without a big gain. I am down 12.3lbs and in the 130's finally. That puts me around 10lbs from my goal weight. I also had to get my wedding rings sized DOWN again. I went from a 7.5 to a 6.25! I am so thankful for what AdvoCare has done for me. They are truly the most amazing products on the market for health and wellness. I am also excited for Matt. He is in the middle of his 10 day cleanse right now then will move onto the Performance Elite products for muscle building. I will keep you updated on his progress as well.
